I'm a Managed Services Engineer II based in Flowery Branch, GA, with a focus on automation. I've spent the last several years supporting diverse client environments at an MSP — Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Citrix, VMware Horizon, and everything in between.
Lately I've been deep in automation: building Rewst workflows that connect tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise Manage, Huntress, SentinelOne, Hatz.ai, and the Microsoft Graph API to cut down toil and move faster. I also run a home lab where I tinker with Proxmox, OPNsense, Active Directory, and whatever else catches my eye.
